Ready for the answer to this week's Mystery Monday puzzle? It's waiting after the break.
The ingredients listed form the basis of the puzzle. By adding up the different types of measurement (as suggested by the user name) you would get three numbers. So, cups + cups, tablespoons + tablespoons and teaspoons + teaspoons. That's it! No tricky business.
At the final you should find this...
The Claes Oldenburg sculpture titled "Dropped Cone," was commissioned by the Neumarkt Galerie Shopping Center and installed in 2001. Oldenburg is famous for large scale sculptures of every day objects. Of this sculpture he said, "At liberty to choose the exact location for the
work, we looked for an outdoor site and, because the streets of Cologne
are so congested, decided to place our sculpture on the roof of the
mall. So placed, it could also become part of the architecture around
it."
He has suggested that he chose the subject because there are a large number of spires nearby, church steeples, and other similar architectural structures that he was mimicking.
How did you do?
Busy week so just had a chance to work on this today. Have to admit, I used clues 1-3 before I was able o get it. That is certainly an interesting sculpture location!
