Presenting the first of the new generation Mystery Monday puzzles. The final locations of these puzzles should provide a view of an interesting object, visible in either satellite view or street-view.
The checksum for this puzzle is 32. If you are having trouble with the puzzle, check back tomorrow for a hint! As always, please don't spoil the answer in the comments!
I said this on Facebook as well, but getting to the related webpage as it's listed on this cache page wasn't easy. Typing the URL in as it is stated, gave me the message "To access BrainBashers, please use www.brainbashers.com." Upon clicking on that, I ended up at their main page. I was able to find the neighbor puzzle from there and then find the help, but it was a few hoops that I had to jump through. Loving the new style so far, and I loved the location of the solution!

ReplyDeleteGot it!
ReplyDeleteNice little puzzle, worked out without much trouble. Is there a way to check answers coz the coords didn't seem to provide a view of an interesting object. Or I can wait till tomorrow for answer :)
ReplyDeleteThe checksum provided should check your answer. (Add all the digits of the coords 4+0+4+6+7+8+etc... in this case it should add up to 32) If you have the right coords go to Streetview and look a little north east of the coords. And up a bit. :)
DeleteMust say that the object I found was interesting, indeed a surprise!
DeleteI think I got it but did not find anything interesting at the answers coordinates....the checksum did work.
DeleteLook a little north east of the coords and up.
DeleteGot it! I like this 'game' that I haven't seen before.
ReplyDeleteAnd I like the new format too ... thanks Cully.
